More of me....So far...

Alright, first allow me to apologize for the recent tone of the blog. Yeah, I've been down and/or in a dragon mood for a while. It comes and goes.

OK, so about that bad day I wrote about previously....Allan's not a bad guy. I realize that he sees someone in a mood and tries to perk them up. That's cool. I mean, the post was supposed to have a kind of sarcastic, cynical tone to it, but I usually forget that "tone" cannot be written.

Skittle, I think it was, pointed out that the grass should be dying this winter--so less yard work. I hate to make a point of this, but I live in Texas.

Not north Texas, either. We don't usually get a "winter" per se'. Around here, we as Texas have been known to be seen mowing the grass on Christmas Eve. I personally actually do less yard work in the summer since we never water the lawn. It might ice over once or twice in January, and that's about it. Other than that, it's just cold enough (around the 40's) to make me miserable at work since my work space is next to the big back door (sort of a loading area).

I'm feeling better now. We got free HBO for the weekend and I got to see Flushed Away finally. Excellent movie for kids and adults. I haven't cleaned the house in two weeks minus the minor things, and I'm OK with that. I'm not freaking out about it. My car is a mess and that's fine.

I probably won't have another freak out episode till the holidays begin. But that sort of depression isn't my fault! I blame my family entirely. This year we kick off November with a family reunion on my Mom's side and those people have been going at it for a couple months already. Some of my own immediate family has been on non-speaking terms since May. I haven't really spoken to my sister in about two years.

Ugh. Another family reunion. I can't wait. :-D

You should just put a bunch of grass killer down on your lawn...or a bunch of sand.

I tried that once!! I sprayed the alley with Round-Up (name brand, even!) and it did NOTHING! My neighbor says he did the same thing behind his fence and NOTHING!

Mom says you have to get Ivy by the bulb to make it go away. I'll be in the market for smart aleck 10 year olds soon

HA HA!!

Good to know you are back among the living so to speak:)

One moodswinging lunatic in enough for the blogosphere I am sure (that would be me,lol)!

So big family reunion coming up eh? Oh I can already hear those knives being shaped up and ready to cut through 'family stuff' conversations:)

Seriously though, it could be just what you need now and you dont even know it.

Take care.
