The IRS Likes to Save Money!!

In an attempt to save money (ha ha!) and trees, the IRS has opted not to send everyone a check for their Surprise! Summer Refund.

In an attempt to remain true to being the IRS, they have sent out letters to millions of people stating that you will not, in fact, get a check, but instead the refund will be directly deposited into your bank account.

Also in wild and crazy IRS new, the refund will be distributed according to the last two digits of your social security number. Shawn and I both have large numbers for our last two digits. As with Social Security, I wonder if there will be anything left for us?
