Quick Shout Out

I have a serious case of writer's block. So....

I'd like to give a shout out to Joe at http://www.intermissionatwork.com/

He seems to be pretty obsessed with making money from his blog, but who isn't these days? Anyway, check out his other site webinfinity.com for great ideas.

I've gotten a few ideas including an online T-Shirt shop where you upload your designs and sell them for a commission. You don't need a shirt press or four walls and an operating license...just your imagination.

I debated it all week so I guess I'm gonna give it a go. I'll post a few of my designs here soon as it's all done.

Me obsessed? Not quite yet. My true goal is to write a book--something funny that will be on the top ten list for weeks. Now that's funny.

I at least need something to take to my high school reunion. I hated that school and wasn't too keen on most of the people who attended the school, either. I need to walk into my high school reunion with an entourage. "Oooooh! What has she turned out to be?" they'll say.

And I'll open my limousine door and say, "I'm a blogger. I blog."

Honestly, I don't know if I'd even go to my high school reunion, whether I was rich and famous, or just plain old me. I have no reason to associate with these people. I have no one that I'd just be dying to see---unless they've gained 47 pounds. That might be reason enough to get dressed up.

My biggest fear is that I'll wind up doing a "Carrie" thing. Except mine would involve fireworks and that green slim so popular from Nickelodeon.

Sure reunions are great for people who were football playes and cheerleaders, but are the rest of us supposed to do? I bring all this up because I created a MySpace page to draw attention to my blog and I somehow stumbled upon a commitee for a reunion for my class in 2008. I only graduated 9 years ago....don't you think it's a bit soon?

Sheesh, let these people pay on their student loans a little before you go setting up a reunion!

At least let me and Shawn open a real store first. We just need several thousand dollars. The $15 ticket to the reunion doesn't fit into that budget.

In other words, I'd rather be doing be doing anything else with my $15.

I came up with a few really good jokes--even husband laughed at them....

the site will not allow me to make a shirt with only changeable text. I suppose I'll have to start to doodling.

Alright, it's decided. Next year I will not be attending class reunion. Haha, we probably won't even have a reunion. Everyone will be too busy with their ten year olds, drugs arrests, and assult charges. Ooh to be young again ;)
