Wanna Quit?

I researched this new drug called Chantix. The more I found out about it, the more I liked it. Gonna make an appointment to get a prescription.

Here's how it works: In WWII people ran low on tobbacco. They would instead smoke a plant that I can neither spell, nor pronounce. This pill is derived from this unspellable plant. It sends a message to your brain telling you that you've already had that "feel good" sensation from smoking. If you do actually smoke, it tells your brain to block the "feel good" sensation from smoking. And then it tells your brain to tell your stomach to vacate all inhabitants of the area. (In other words, you'd probably barf)

Well, I'm gonna try it. Will keep y'all posted on it.

In related news, Mom is doing extremely well. She's been using the nictotrol inhaler and uses only 2 cartridges a day. I am SO HAPPY for her! It means I get to keep her for a few more years, that her grandkids will have their Nana for a few more years, that Dad will have someone to clean the house for---yeah ok, we get it.
