Holy Insurance Adjuster, Batman!

Shawn was in the car, pulling away from the curb. He was in the street, just about to pass our neighbor's house when she began to back out of her drive way.

"I never even saw break lights!" Shawn exclaimed. Yep, her Impala just backed right into my car.

I was on the computer when all I heard was a horn blowing.

Yeah, my "new" shiny, pretty car. Yeah, the one that I park miles away from the door bashers. yeah, the one I just washed, vaccuumed, and filled up with gas.

Yeah, that one.

And yes, this is the second wreck in a year and a half. Neither to the fault of Shawn or myself. Stinks, don't it?

So right now we're going through the whole insurance process (her's, not ours!) yet again. Life is an adventure. Where a helmet.

The door won't shut completely but it's enough to get you where you need to go. That first morning as I pulled onto the interstate I prayed that if that door opened sporadically, that God would either keep me safe or take me home.

I hope it doesn't rain, I thought. But who am I kidding? It never rains here. Well guess what? It rained. And it was a turd floater. The first time it's rained like that probably since April and it just happened to be exactly six days after my door was unable to close properly.

I need a helmet.
