Twice as many car accidents happen close to home as on the highway.
Well duh.
I think my husband and I are a testament to that. If it's intentional, does it count? Like the time someone smashed the rear glass in Shawn's truck and stole a broken generic drill?
Sure, more accidents happen close to home, but the ones that happen on the highway, are much worse. I've never heard of anyone dying backing out of their drive way.
Like flying on a plane. They say that more people die in car accidents than plane accidents. That's because more people drive than fly.
If there were as many planes in the air as there are cars on the ground, there would be plane crashes every 5.9 seconds.
AND--if my car crashes, I'm more likely to survive and be found. Good point here: The Atlantic Ocean is MUCH larger than I-35
And I'm not a great swimmer...
Cars should come with oxygen masks. You know, just for those times when you're honking at the guy in front of you that is apparently waiting for the light to become more green.
It ain't getting greener!!
It says "Yield"--not "Take up residence"
Oh, NICE! Learn to use you're turn SIGNAL you %&@# !!!
Yeah, oxygen masks would rule. Fill mine with an anti-depressant to curb my road rage.
