They say that excercise can help with PMS symptoms. I don't know who they are, but they are liars. There are times when I don't even want to get up to go to the fridge. I'm hungry but....Eh, it's such a chore.
I don't care who you are, but women are the toughest creatures God created. Imagine feeling like that guy on Alien just before the little critter tears through his chest. Imagine having that feeling for four straight days in your gut.
I'm not even gonna go into child birth. That occurs only a couple times or so in a woman's lifetime. This, however happens each month.
I got on the pill because I don't kids, but also because I was told it make things more normal for me. What's normal? All the women in my family have had all their plumbing removed by the age of 45. The closest to my age, my sister, had a partial hysterictamy done at the age of 32.
See what i have to look forward to?
I've tried the excercise thing. Who want's to excersise when you feel like that?! When I have the flu, I certainly don't to excercise! No, I want to lay in bed with a cool fan blowing on me while I eat something that makes me feel better!! So, as I've said, I've tried the excerise bit. I call it a Day Job.
And it does no good. You know what it does? It makes me tired! Add that to my already overload of fatigue, bloat, gas, cramps, headache--I'm boring you, aren't I?
The pill did help, yes. I havne't had a 9 day period since I've been taking the pill and it's pretty predictable. I know when I get to the dark blue pills in the center, that I should expect it any day. My irritability is down--but who could tell? I'm always moody.
All things considered, I think when I get to Heaven, I'll try to reason with the Big Guy. I know, I know, His plan is perfect. However, I wonder if He noticed that animals go through this only once a year, while women get it every three weeks. I'll have to remember that when I see St Peter and request a special conference to get things changed a bit. If God decides to create other worlds in the future, I may suggest a bi-monthly thing or something. It seems to work well for certain magazines.
