Last Comic Standing

Last Comic Standing and Survivor are the only 2 reality shows we watch. They're really starting to tick me off too!

In case you're interested, Last Comic comes on NBC at 8 pm Central time. I've already got my mom hooked.

What has my panties in such a bind this time, you may ask?

A very thoughtful question. Allow me to answer it for you. Every year on Last Comic they pick a couple good comics with the rest being hacks. The audience, along with the judges laugh and laugh at the hacks as though the building were being pumped with laughing gas continuously.

Has anyone seen the Joker lately? Has anyone made sure he's still looked up in Arkham Asylum?

Even mom was all riled up about it. "How could they pick that old brod? And the pregnant one? What about the one with the LISP?! After I calmed Mom down, i explained that they do this every year.

"Is it rigged? Are the judges being paid off?" Mom asked in all sincerity.

Well, let's face it. When Kathy Griffin and the guy from Saturday Night Live are 2 out of the 3 judges, don't expect too much.

Personally, I'm rooting for the guy with cerebal palsy, Gabriel-what's-his-name (the fat Mexican) and I was rooting for the Lisp Chick.

But that's all gone now, because, ugh Kathy Griffin was a judge. What they couldn't find any other comic to volunteer? I've had funnier things flushed down the toilet!
