It just seems odd to me

I haven't posted in over 2 months. I haven't posted anything funny in who knows when. In my email I keep getting messages from My Blog Log & Blog Catalog that so-and-so made me a friend, or so-and-so reviewed my blog.

I haven't visited any of those sites in months! I don't even remember how many blog thingies I was signed up with. So how are people finding my blog when I haven't written in so long? It seemed a bit odd to me that all of a sudden I was getting all of the hits. Out of no where!

Maybe it's a confirmation. Maybe God's telling me "Write that book!" Yeah, I've been toying with the idea. It would be in short articles like here in the blog--but only the funniest stuff. I've got a notebook filled with notes & I even bought one of those memort sticks in case the computer crashed. Writing is the easy part--getting published is another thing. I just wanna get paid to write.

I did finish my last music video. I'll have to post it here. I posted it under YouTube but be warned...the quality came out horrible due to compression or whatever (I didn't know what I was doing--I've learned so much more since posting that vid)

Shawn & I will attempt to quit smoking (again). Our quit date is Sept 22nd. I thought maybe I might make a video blog of my quitting to deter young people from smoking. I doubt any of it will be funny. If you pray, please pray for us to quit for good. We need all the help we can get.
