I saw the blog rating on someone's blog looooong time ago. Saw it this morning on MandyPoo's blog, who saw it on someone else's blog (I'm sorry, I don't know how to do the hidden link thing)
Anywho, it's pretty cool and I always wanted one and there it is! (to the right at the top, duh)
