The Price is Wrong

I'm not a fan but I always thought I'd be dead before I saw Bob Barker quit The Price is Right. I want to make myself clear: I didn't think Barker would be dead--I thought I would be dead. Barker has been doing The Price is Right for so many years, I just figured I'd be to the point where I was barely making it to the bathroom on my own and eating through a tube before he retired.

Yep, I can see it now.... There I am, sitting on the front porch watching traffic go by because I'm too old and weak to do anything else and WHAT?? It's 10am?? Well I'd better be getting myself in front of the tube!

And there's my nurse, wheeling me into the living room to watch yet another episode of The Price is Right. And after all these years and all these technology breakthroughs, Barker's microphone still has a cord on it. Ecept now it's keeping him alive. Because if I'm eating my mac & cheese through an IV bag, Barker is being kept alive by that mic cord.

If he steps too far to the right or left, he'll keel over and die. Decade of technological advances have allowed 'ol Bob to somehow keep alive by ultilizing the cord. The cord is more famous than he is now and coicidentally, is eyeing the models in a non-professional manner.

Even Drew Carey was suprised to be chosen to do The Price is Right. He was even more suprised his microhpne had no cord. "How will I live!"

You KNEW I had to put this here. I bet you don't even have to watch the video to know what it is....

It was starting to seem like Bob and the Energizer Bunny had been eating the same cereal in the mornings or something. I agree, I never thought he'd retire.

That movie clip is hilarious. I'm not a big golf fan, so I never watched the movie. Seeing Bob open a can of "whoop a&*" all over Adam Sandler is almost priceless.
