I Should Buy Some Board Games....

Had a short day at work today but I ain't complaining! I'll take freedom over food in the summer. Shawn, or course is still home; ate all the bread so I had no sandwich today. Settled for a 7-11 Cheeseburger Big Bite. Ew. And the vanilla Slurpee has been down since yesterday. I might go a little postal if I don't get my daily Slurpee routine started back up again.

Shawn's MRI was today but we won't know anything till tommorow. I think I may take a break from blogging till he's on his feet (or at least napping). I tell him about other people's stories, and I guess he feels the need to comandeer my blog as to make a connection (see the dreaded NASA post) even though he's never even read mine--his own wife! (he hates to read)

It's mainly because he has nothing to talk about being home all day. He's bored. And he's driving me CRAZY. Let me take my shoes off, that's all I'm asking. Ever have a sick kid at home on a rainy day? Yeah, it's like that.

Now....where is that PSP? Shawn's slight addiction to Portable Playstation is the only thing keeping me sane so far. He SO taking me out when he can walk.

I did vaccuum and wash the car finally. With all the rain we got in June and July, I put it off. Most of our yard wound up in the floor of my car so I thought it might be pointless to vaccuum. The floor of the car actually looked better than the yard. Looked like that commercial for the miracle grass seed, only less Chia Pet-ish. $19.99 for Chia Pet grass....why didn't I think of that?
