I'm usually very punctual. I'm always on time for work unless the alarm clock goes nuts on me. But when it comes to Highway 36... Forget it!
I once drove for 20 miles behind a guy who was doing 50 mph and swerving all over the place. When I FINALLY got the opportunity to pass him, I discovered he was reading the news paper while driving. Had it spread out all over the steering wheel even!
That's why I am always late for church. I solely place the blame on Hwy 36. I just know I'm gonna be late for my own funeral one day because of it.
Funeral Director: "We seem to have misplaced...er, that is, we..."
My Loved Ones: "I knew it! Misty is late to her own funeral! She warned us this might happen and no one took her seriously!"

that was me on hwy 36...I can't stand idiot drivers. you never truly know how many idiots there really are out there till you get on a freakin highway.

I know what its like to be late. I'm usually pretty punctual as well, but there was an accident recently made me 2 hours late for work! I have to make up the hours :-( I like what you're writing here though, feel free to visit my blog! I'm going to add a link to this one.
